[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Kim] On Sunday the 19th, rain or snow will fall nationwide until the morning. Morning temperatures will be higher than usual and relatively mild, but it will gradually get colder as cold air flows in after the rain stops.
The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted on the 18th, "From 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. tomorrow (19th), most areas nationwide will experience rain or snow, and on the east coast of Gangwon, raindrops will fall from midnight to 3 a.m. and again from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m."
From the afternoon, the sky will gradually clear nationwide. Tomorrow's morning temperature is expected to be higher than today, while daytime temperatures are expected to be lower than today. During the day, Seoul is expected to be 5°C and Chuncheon 6°C.
Daytime temperatures in the southern regions are also expected to be 7°C in Jeonju, 8°C in Gwangju, and 12°C in Changwon.
Starting tomorrow, strong winds with instantaneous speeds exceeding 25 m/s will blow in the mountainous areas of Gangwon and Jeju. After the rain stops, cold air will flow in, causing a brief cold spell.
Special caution is required on icy roads and frozen surfaces in areas where snow has accumulated, such as Gangwon Yeongdong, the northeastern mountains of Gyeongbuk, and the northern east coast of Gyeongbuk, as well as in regions experiencing rain or snow tomorrow.

Additionally, fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at a bad level throughout the day in the central-western regions including Seoul, Jeonbuk, and Gyeongbuk. In particular, the metropolitan area, Chungnam, Chungbuk, and Sejong will see levels rise to very bad in the morning.
