LG Electronics Robot Helps Guide Visitors at Museum

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] LG Electronics' CLOi GuideBot is stepping in as a museum guide assistant.
On the 16th, LG Electronics announced that it will operate the CLOi GuideBot at the National Gongju Museum and the National Assembly Museum. Its name is 'Q.I.' It provides cultural explanations and directions.
It helps people who have difficulty enjoying culture due to physical disabilities. For those with hearing impairments, it offers sign language explanations and displays subtitles. For those in wheelchairs or strollers, it provides dedicated routes. For children, it offers content such as quizzes and pattern matching.
LG integrated UI software into the CLOi robot and combined it with a management system. In addition to the existing autonomous driving capabilities, it added voice recognition, response, cultural explanation, and mobility promotion services. It also offers chatbot and robot-linked services.
