President Choi is from the class of 1982 in the Department of History at Kyung Hee University. He has held positions such as head of the Finance and Securities Department, head of the Reporting Headquarters, director of the Financial Engineering Research Institute, director, and executive director at Yonhap Infomax, which was spun off from Yonhap News Agency.
