Busan City will hold the '2030 Busan World Expo Bus Unboxing' event at 2 p.m. on the 6th at the City Hall Citizen Square.
On this day, about 90 people including Mayor Park Hyung-jun, City Council Chairman Ahn Seong-min, and Special Committee Chairman for Busan World Expo Bid Park Jae-ho will attend to unveil the specially produced '2030 Busan World EXPO Bus' to raise enthusiasm and public response for the 2030 Busan World Expo bid.
The '2030 Busan World EXPO Bus,' which embodies the dynamic and diverse enthusiasm of the city of Busan in colorful waves, will deploy 100 buses, focusing on 26 routes around Gimhae Airport and Busan Station, carrying the excitement of Busan's World Expo bid and accelerating promotional activities.
The city expects that through the '2030 Busan World EXPO Bus,' which citizens, tourists, and foreigners will encounter throughout the roads, not only Busan citizens but also domestic and international tourists will naturally show interest and response, further consolidating the passion and hope for Busan, Republic of Korea's bid for the 2030 World Expo.
In particular, it is anticipated that during the 5-day visit of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) inspection team to Busan from April 3 to April 7, the intense enthusiasm for the bid in Busan will be conveyed.
