Muan-gun Supports Delivery Fees for Social Economy Enterprises
Up to 2 Million KRW Support per Company
[Muan=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) is promoting a delivery fee support project to reduce the management burden of local social economy enterprises whose sales have decreased due to the economic downturn and to help secure sales channels for excellent products, thereby supporting stable growth.
According to the county on the 30th, the delivery fee support project is based on the "Ordinance on the Promotion and Support of Social Economy in Muan-gun," and supports delivery fees within the range of 2 million KRW per enterprise annually.
The county plans to invest a total project cost of 10 million KRW to support social economy enterprises, including village enterprises and social enterprises, and will accept applications from 34 companies in the jurisdiction from the 30th until the 17th of next month.
Enterprises wishing to participate in the project can refer to the announcement section on the county website and submit the application form and related documents to the Future Growth and Jobs Team.
Jo Soo-jung, head of the Future Growth Division, said, "We hope that this delivery fee support project will be of some help to social economy enterprises struggling due to the economic downturn," and added, "We will continue to strive to create social value in Muan-gun."
Social economy enterprises refer to companies that prioritize the happiness of all community members and social value by solving social problems such as inequality and wealth disparity and pursuing innovation.
