According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, next week a total of 175 units (excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications at three locations nationwide.
In Seoul, only officetel subscriptions are scheduled. On the 25th, 'Guui Station Eternel Beyond,' located at 246-39 Guui-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, and two other parcels, will accept subscription applications. It consists of 1 basement floor to 19 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 23 to 47㎡, offering 75 units out of a total of 80 rooms for sale.
On the same day, 'Jamsil Eternel Beyond,' located in Bangi-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, will also accept subscription applications. It consists of 2 basement floors to 17 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 28 to 40㎡, offering 20 units out of a total of 56 rooms for sale.
In the provinces, sales will take place in Seosan, Chungnam. On the 25th, 'Seosan Haemi Ia Edu Town,' located in Eupnae-ri, Haemi-myeon, Seosan-si, Chungnam, will accept first-priority subscription applications. It is a 5-story building above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡, totaling 80 units.
