Ssangyong Remicon Seongnam Branch is a ready-mixed concrete manufacturing site that was recognized as an excellent workplace for risk assessment last year through the agency’s support for establishing a safety and health management system.
During the on-site inspection, activities related to establishing the self-regulation prevention system centered on risk assessment, such as identifying hazardous and risky factors and establishing improvement measures, were reviewed, and it was checked whether worker participation in risk assessment activities was effectively carried out.
Additionally, safety and health measures for ready-mixed concrete manufacturing facilities and production processes were inspected, and on-site opinions regarding improvements to the risk assessment system were gathered.
