GS25's Cookat Butter Bar has surpassed cumulative sales of 1 million units, leading the dessert trend.
GS25 identified that keyword searches for Butter Bar and Hwang Cheese on major portal sites increased by 3 times and 2 times respectively, and that the number of Butter Bar specialty stores offline is growing, resulting in the creation of a hit product.
The two types of Cookat Butter Bars use more than 20% New Zealand butter and achieve a rich texture on the crust with Hwang Cheese and other ingredients. The price is about 30-40% of that at dessert specialty stores.
In particular, at GS25 Door-to-Seongsu store, which is most frequented by women in their 20s, Cookat Butter Bar Hwang Cheese ranked overwhelmingly first in total dessert product sales.
