View original imageBlack Yak announced on the 16th that it has signed a business agreement with McDonald's Korea to produce eco-friendly outer uniforms.
Black Yak will recycle disposable transparent plastic lids used at McDonald's stores in Korea to make outer uniforms for McDonald's crew members. Starting this first half of the year, McDonald's crew members will wear PET recycling outerwear made from recycled PET bottle fabric combined with recycled filling material from McDonald's waste plastic.
At the business agreement ceremony held on the 13th, both companies agreed to actively cooperate in recycling domestic waste plastics.

A Black Yak representative said, "This business agreement brings both companies one step closer to carbon neutrality," adding, "Starting with the production of outer uniforms for McDonald's Korea, we plan to expand the scope of domestic waste plastic recycling and promote the sustainability of the resource circulation system."
