Focusing on Preparing Future Businesses and Management Innovation
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as Kibo) announced on the 11th that it will carry out an organizational restructuring in 2023, including reducing the headquarters organization and establishing a strategic department for future innovation projects, in line with the government's public institution innovation direction.
Kibo prepared the organizational restructuring through research services and internal and external opinion gathering to respond to changes in the internal and external environment and to prepare for new future projects. Actively responding to the government's public institution innovation direction, the headquarters organization was consolidated from the current 11 departments, 4 offices, and 2 promotion teams to 10 departments and 4 offices, and the sales organization was reorganized from 9 regional headquarters to 8 regional headquarters through a broad management system.
The headquarters departments were converted into four divisions: ▲Strategic Planning ▲Management ▲Technology Finance ▲Innovation Growth, to induce responsible management by division heads and to seek synergy through organic cooperation among business departments. The Carbon Neutral Promotion Team and Accounts Receivable Factoring Promotion Team, which operated as new business organizations, will be absorbed into regular organizations to strengthen internal stability. A Green Content Finance Office will be newly established as a strategic organization to carry out Kibo's future innovation projects. The sales organization will improve efficiency by integrating the Busan Regional Headquarters and the Gyeongnam-Ulsan Regional Headquarters.
