Kim Sahyun, a researcher at the Foodservice Industry Research Institute, said, "When summarizing the research results, it is judged that many restaurant owners feel low happiness regarding economic stability, occupational happiness, environmental happiness, and institutional happiness. In particular, some age groups and regions experience happiness inequality. In this first survey, both social safety nets and policy support in the institutional happiness section of restaurant owners scored low, so the government and related ministries need to continuously pay attention and effort to restaurant owners. Policy considerations are also necessary to ensure that elderly restaurant owners can enjoy institutional happiness."
