Chosun University Holds 'International Students' Day' Event to Expand Communication Opportunities
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Chosun University recently announced on the 27th that it held the International Students' Day (CSU&I DAY) event.
This event was planned with the purpose of encouraging foreign international students staying in Korea who could not return home during the vacation due to COVID-19, and providing an opportunity for communication with Korean students to enhance their adaptation to school life.
The event was held with the participation of about 100 students, including undergraduate, graduate, and exchange students from various countries, including Korean students.
Chosun University's dance club UCDC and band club Eumryul led the festive atmosphere, followed by performances by Mongolian and Vietnamese students as representatives of the international students.

President Min Young-don said, “International students who steadfastly continue their studies far away from their parents and hometowns are admirable,” and added, “I hope today's event provided some comfort to the hearts that have been exhausted by the pandemic over the past two years.”
