Sudden Cold Wave... Electroland's Heating Appliance Sales Soar
Electric Heating Pad Sales Increase by 51%
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Recently, a sudden cold wave has led to an increase in the number of people seeking heating appliances.
According to Electronic Land on the 22nd, sales of electric mats, electric heaters, warm air fans, and electric heaters from the 1st to the 21st of this month increased by 51%, 30%, 29%, and 12% respectively compared to the same period last year.
Electronic Land analyzes that consumers purchased many heating appliances to prepare for the rapidly changing weather. Additionally, the rise in city gas and district heating costs seems to have had an impact.
