[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] The Genesis G80 electrified model received the highest 'Top Safety Pick Plus (TSP+)' rating in the crash evaluation conducted by the U.S. Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), the company announced on the 21st.
With this TSP+ rating, Genesis now has five models that have received the TSP+ grade. IIHS, established in 1959 as a non-profit organization, annually evaluates and publishes results on the crash safety performance of vehicles released in the U.S. market.
