Each team consisted of ▲low-experience teachers who want to strengthen their teaching capabilities ▲leading teachers with good class ideas and cases ▲teachers who want to experience cooperative class sharing through joint research, selecting areas they want to challenge together according to the changing educational environment and practicing class sharing.
