[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Taewon] Comedian Kim Gukjin showcased a series of consecutive birdies with shots almost on par with a professional on the night of the 12th on his YouTube channel ‘Kim Gukjin TV_Unstoppable Golf’.
On that day, Kim Gukjin went for a round at Seosansoo CC in Seosan-si, Chungnam Province, together with professional golfer Han Jimin. Kim finished the front 9 holes at 1 over par, but his clubhead ignited in the early back nine.
He warmed up by finishing holes 10 (par 4) and 11 (par 5) with clean tee shots and putts for pars. Then, starting from hole 12 (par 4), he began to show off a spectacular performance.
The start was not good. His tee shot on hole 12 landed right next to the cart path, forcing him to drop and take a second shot. However, the second shot rolled precisely along the left side of the green near the hole, almost making an eagle with its close proximity.
After watching the shot, pro Han said, “Wow~ That was well hit. It’s really difficult here!”?a testament to how perfect the shot was. Kim then recorded a birdie with a clean short putt.
