Until the morning, there will be snow in the metropolitan area, southern Yeongseo of Gangwon, Chungbuk, and northern inland Gyeongbuk. Snow or rain will also fall in the Chungnam and Jeonbuk areas.
The expected snowfall amount is 1 to 3 cm in southern Gyeonggi and central to northern Chungbuk. Seoul, Incheon, northern Gyeonggi, southern Yeongseo of Gangwon, Chungcheong area (excluding central to northern Chungbuk), Jeonbuk, and northern inland Gyeongbuk will have less than 1 cm.
The cold will ease somewhat. The nationwide morning low temperature is forecasted to be between -6 and 6 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 6 and 13 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust concentration is expected to be at a 'moderate' level across all regions. However, Chungcheong area, Gwangju, and Jeonbuk are expected to temporarily reach a 'bad' level in the morning.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore. The wave height in the outer seas (about 200 km from the coastline) is forecasted to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
