Orion Launches Two Types of 'Market O Nature O! Granola Plant-Based 100%'
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Orion announced on the 5th that it is expanding its brand lineup into the recently growing plant-based food market by launching two new products of its convenient meal replacement brand, Market O Nature’s “Oh! Granola Plant-Based 100%.”
Market O Nature Oh! Granola Plant-Based 100% is made entirely from plant-based ingredients to help health-conscious consumers enjoy a balanced meal high in protein and dietary fiber. It combines three types of oats?oat flakes, rolled oats, and pressed oats?to enhance a crispy texture and savory flavor. Maple syrup and unrefined cane sugar provide natural sweetness, and only plant-based ingredients such as oats, kamut, fruits, nuts, and coconut oil are used. Additionally, one 350g product contains 39g of protein, equivalent to 6.5 eggs, and 21g of dietary fiber, equivalent to three apples, boosting its nutritional value. It is offered in two varieties: “Oh! Granola Whole Fruit,” which features large pieces of whole fruits like domestic strawberries, cranberries, and coconut chunks for a refreshing taste, and “Oh! Granola Whole Nuts,” characterized by the savory flavor of whole hazelnuts, pecans, and almonds that fill the mouth with crunch.
Market O Nature Oh! Granola is a convenient meal replacement brand developed by Orion’s Global Research Institute to provide busy modern consumers with an easy meal option. It is made by baking various grains, fruits, and nuts in their natural form, requiring no additional cooking process. The brand offers 13 types of “Oh! Granola” and 3 types of “Oh! Granola Bars,” combining taste, nutrition, and fun. As of November this year, the total cumulative sales of the Market O Nature brand increased by 10% compared to the same period last year, continuing its annual growth trend.
