Curly sells 3.7 million KF365 meat products... "One sold every 7 seconds"
Providing Full Cold Chain and Saetbyeol Delivery
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Kurly announced on the 1st that the sales volume of its food brand Kurly Fresh 365 (KF365) meat products has exceeded 3.7 million units this year alone. This means one item is sold every 7 seconds.
The KF365 meat category includes a total of 37 products such as chicken, pork, beef, duck, and marinated meat, with an average daily sales volume of over 11,000 units. The best-selling product is the KF365 refrigerated Korean pork belly for grilling, 600g. As a cost-effective product, the KF365 refrigerated marinated beef bulgogi 1kg is also popular.
The growth of the KF365 meat category was made possible by the full cold chain system. Meat is an ultra-fresh food sensitive to temperature. By maintaining the proper temperature from production to customer receipt through dawn delivery, the possibility of spoilage was minimized. Freshness was maximized by removing air inside the packaging container and filling it with special gases using oxygen packaging. In addition, quality safety inspections are conducted and the results are transparently disclosed.
