Mid-sized Housing Company to Supply 1,569 Units in December
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Nine mid-sized housing companies will supply a total of 1,569 households in December.
The Korea Housing Builders Association announced on the 29th that, based on a survey of member companies' housing supply plans for December, nine companies will supply a total of 1,569 households across nine projects. This represents a decrease of 3,435 households compared to last month (5,004 households) and a decrease of 1,981 households compared to the same month last year (3,550 households).
In the metropolitan area, 110 households will be supplied, detailed as follows: ▲Gyeonggi 72 households ▲Seoul 38 households. There is no supply in Incheon. In Seoul, 'Midas Sinchon (38 households)' will be supplied in Changcheon-dong, Seodaemun-gu, and in Gyeonggi, 'Royal Cheongdam (72 households)' will be offered in Simgok-dong, Bucheon-si.

In the provinces, 1,459 households will be supplied. Busan has the largest supply with 944 households, followed by ▲Gwangju 256 households ▲Jeju 133 households ▲Daegu 66 households ▲Chungnam 60 households. In Busan, 'Hurim Arpe (31 households)' in Namsan-dong, Geumjeong-gu, and 'Namcheon Herich Zai (913 households)' in Namcheon-dong, Suyeong-gu will be supplied, while in Gwangju, 'Shinyong Park Sanigoun (256 households)' will be offered.
