New CEO of G2R Appointed: Vice President Park Aeri
FarmHannong Appoints Former Executive Director Kim Mu-yong as New CEO
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] G2R, the advertising holding company of LG Group, announced on the 24th that it has appointed Park Aeri, head of HS Ad Account Service Division 1, as the new CEO.
The group’s holding companies, including LG Corporation, D&O, G2R, and LG Sports, held board meetings on the 23rd and 24th to conduct executive personnel appointments for the next year.
New CEO Park is an advertising marketing expert, and is said to possess high capabilities and expertise in data-driven integrated marketing execution required by changes in the business environment such as digital transformation.
An LG Group official explained, "We plan to maintain the management strategy division and management support division system newly established through last year’s organizational restructuring, and focus more on supporting each affiliate’s preparation for the future."
Farm Hannong, an agricultural business subsidiary of LG Chem, also held a board meeting and appointed Kim Muyong, Executive Director and Head of LG Chem Primary Care Business Division, as the new CEO.
Executive Director Kim joined LG Chem in 1993. He was promoted to Executive Director in January in recognition of his achievements in concretizing life sciences business strategies and improving business structure.

A Farm Hannong official said, "New CEO Kim is an expert with extensive experience in the red bio field as well as experience in establishing green bio business strategies and deriving execution tasks. Going forward, he will focus on enhancing business competitiveness and globalization to grow the company."
