Introducing Gluten-Free Apple Dessert Made with 100% Domestic Rice
Apple Crumble Pound Cake Giveaway Event to Celebrate Dessert Launch
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Mayfield Hotel Seoul has partnered with the gluten-free specialty bakery brand Dallol to launch the 'Apple Cream Roll Cake' and 'Apple Crumble Pound Cake,' the hotel announced on the 24th.
To promote a healthy food culture, Mayfield Hotel, which operates its own farm, explained that in line with the healthy pleasure trend of enjoying health joyfully, it collaborated with Dallol to release gluten-free apple desserts that can be enjoyed without worrying about gluten intolerance.
Dallol is the flagship brand of Dallol Company, which manufactures products using only domestically grown Gimpo rice without any wheat flour. It has secured the first-ever domestic international certification from the U.S. GFFP (Gluten Free Food Program) for all its products, providing healthy bakery items reliably.
Based on this, the two newly launched gluten-free apple desserts include the 'Apple Cream Roll Cake,' which blends apple and apple jam into milk cream to add sweetness, and the 'Apple Crumble Pound Cake,' which features gluten-free dough infused with the fragrant aroma of apples topped with butter crumble.
These products are available for purchase on Naver's 'Mayfield Hotel Official Store' and Dallol's official website, as well as at Mayfield Hotel's first-floor bakery boutique shop Delis and the Dallol store at Lotte Department Store Star City branch.
