The tournament was held at three venues including the all-weather field in Hampyeong-eup, with 9 teams from 9 towns and townships participating, totaling over 150 senior citizens who showcased their skills in heated matches.
The seniors took the opportunity to fully demonstrate the skills they had honed over the past years and strengthened harmony and camaraderie during this event, held for the first time in three years due to the impact of COVID-19.
As a result, Eomdam-myeon achieved the remarkable feat of winning the championship for the second consecutive time following the previous tournament, while the teams from Sonbul, Daedong, and Wolya shared the runner-up position.
