This training was organized from the 10th to the 11th to enhance the professional capabilities of the Jeonnam Education Public Relations Reporters Group and officers from schools, villages, education support offices, and affiliated institutions.
The training was conducted as lectures and communication sessions by inviting active reporters and professors who communicate online and offline in various ways as instructors.
Park Sang-gyu, CEO of the Truth Investigation Group Sherlock, gave a lecture on ‘How to Write Good Articles,’ and Kim Ok-yeol, adjunct professor of the Department of Newspaper and Broadcasting at Chonnam National University, lectured on the theme ‘A Tour Around the Region with a Camera.’
During the communication session, participants shared their impressions, difficulties, and improvement plans experienced in the field and exchanged ideas through active discussions.
Participants suggested, “It was an education that really resonated because we could learn from reporters who are actually active,” and “It would be good to create conditions for reporting so that the public relations reporters can actively work, and to open group chat rooms to communicate regularly.”
An official from the Provincial Office of Education stated, “We plan to activate the media portal so that Jeonnam education news can be seen at a glance and to further expand opportunities for the Jeonnam education family and residents to participate in publicity.”
