Cultural Heritage Administration Web Drama 'Myogyeong' Released
'Background Production of Hahoe and Yangdong'... B1A4 Gongchan Appears
The Cultural Heritage Administration will sequentially release 'Myogyeong' starting from the 16th on YouTube, its official website, and Naver·Kakao TV. This is a web drama produced against the backdrop of the UNESCO World Heritage site 'Historic Villages of Korea: Hahoe and Yangdong.' It deals with mysterious incidents occurring in Andong Hahoe Village and Gyeongju Yangdong Village. Gongchan from the idol group B1A4 plays the narrator who introduces the beginning of the story. The Cultural Heritage Administration stated, "We plan to provide it free of charge to domestic and international Korean culture promotion organizations and support English, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, French, Spanish, Malaysian, and Vietnamese languages to attract the attention of viewers worldwide."
