Korea SMEs and Startups Agency Seoul Headquarters Participates in Indonesia Jakarta Expo... "New Market Development"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] The Seoul Regional Headquarters of the Korea Federation of SMEs announced on the 14th that it participated in the '2022 Jakarta International Premium Consumer Goods Expo' held for three days from the 10th to the 12th at the JCC Exhibition Center in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Seoul Regional Headquarters of the Korea Federation of SMEs set up a premium booth at the venue to promote the competitiveness of Seoul-based small and medium-sized enterprises' products to buyers and visitors. The 11 SMEs participating in this project were selected through a screening by the selection committee in September, and received support from the Seoul Metropolitan Government for buyer meetings such as online B2B consultations and related matters.
Yu Ga-ram, CEO of Yuskin Korea, a cosmetics manufacturer, said, "There is high interest in Korean cosmetics in Indonesia, and the buyers were very favorable," adding, "I am pleased to have discovered the possibility of entering new overseas markets through this export support project."

Jang Yoon-sung, head of the Seoul Regional Headquarters of the Korea Federation of SMEs, said, "In the midst of the global economic downturn, pioneering new sales channels is more important for the survival and growth of companies," and added, "We will closely manage the companies participating in this project to support them until contracts are concluded."
