Lutronic Achieves Record Quarterly Sales of 64.3 Billion KRW in Q3
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] Lutronic announced on the 10th that its consolidated sales for the third quarter of this year reached 64.3 billion KRW, a 67.5% increase compared to the same period last year. Operating profit was 9.5 billion KRW, and net profit was 15.4 billion KRW, increasing by 67.5% and 62%, respectively, during the same period.
The cumulative sales from the first to the third quarter this year were 183.6 billion KRW, operating profit 35.1 billion KRW, and net profit 40.5 billion KRW, representing increases of 54.8%, 67.9%, and 73.3%, respectively, compared to the previous year. Growth in overseas sales drove the strong performance. Growth in Europe and the Middle East also continued, with total overseas sales growth for the third quarter recorded at 74.1% compared to the same period last year.
The products currently leading sales at Lutronic include Clarity II, Ultra, Hollywood Spectra, Lutronic Genius, and PicoPlus. The laser medical device Dermav, which was introduced last year, is also maintaining its sales growth trend.

A company official stated, "Although the third quarter is traditionally an off-season, we have continued growth by focusing on high-priced, high-margin product lines, and this sustained sales growth was reflected in the high sales achieved, aided by exchange rate effects. The proportion of U.S. sales, price increases, and the strong dollar have also contributed to a continuous rise in the average selling price (ASP)."
