"Crispy Chicken with Side Menus" Dongwon F&B Launches 'Cuisine Inside Chicken'
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Dongwon F&B announced on the 10th that it has launched two types of home meal replacement (HMR) products called ‘Cuisine Inside Chicken’ (Chicken & Cheese Ball, Chicken & Tteok Gangjeong), which include crispy chicken and side menus.
Cuisine Inside Chicken is made with chicken that has been refrigerated and aged for over 15 hours, coated with a wavy batter unique to chicken specialty stores, and double-fried at high temperatures to achieve a crispy exterior and moist interior texture. It also includes popular side dishes from chicken specialty stores such as cheese balls and tteok gangjeong.
The two new products consist of ‘Cuisine Inside Chicken & Cheese Ball,’ which contains savory cheese balls filled with plenty of mozzarella cheese, and ‘Cuisine Inside Chicken & Tteok Gangjeong,’ which includes tteok gangjeong made from 100% domestic rice and a special sauce that is spicy yet sweet.

A Dongwon F&B official said, “We expect ‘Cuisine Inside Chicken’ to attract a lot of consumer interest with its chicken specialty store-level taste as well as set configurations that include side menus preferred by consumers.”
