View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Noh Kyung-jo] Hanshin Engineering & Construction recently announced on the 7th that it has signed a supply contract for the small-scale housing reconstruction maintenance project of Ihwa Yeonrip in Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do.
The project involves constructing 218 apartment units and ancillary welfare facilities on a site area of 9,528㎡ and a total floor area of 37,179㎡, with buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, located at 303-1 Gyodong, Yulgok-ro, Gangneung-si.
The contract amount is 55.9 billion KRW, and the construction period is 28 months from the start date.
