View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] The Korea Arts & Culture Education Service announced on the 7th that it will publish the Arko Webzine, which contains discourse on various policies and field issues in the arts scene.
The Arts Council added that the webzine 'A SQUARE' aims to be a public forum that creates a healthy cultural ecosystem, sharing and exploring the problems faced by culture and arts, and preserving these memories to promote the value of culture and arts.
The inaugural issue is composed of a total of 10 sections, including a special feature (SQUARE) titled "Challenges of Cultural Arts Policy through the 20th Government's National Agenda" and a field artist survey (PRISM). The planning intention is to explore the policy direction and key detailed tasks pursued by the current government through the announced national agenda, thereby seeking the future direction of the government's cultural arts policy.

An official from the Arts Council said, "We intensely deliberated on the theme for the inaugural issue of the webzine and thoughtfully considered every single word," adding, "We plan to do our best so that A SQUARE can develop as a medium that contributes to a fair and sustainable cultural arts ecosystem as an open public forum in the arts field."
