Open Recruitment Across Almost All Departments Including Sales, Production, Research, and Management
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jonghwa] KCC is accepting application documents for the 2023 university graduate new talent open recruitment until the 14th.
The recruitment fields are △ Sales (domestic and international sales, technical sales) △ Production (production process management, quality, ENG·public works) △ Research (inorganic, organic, materials research) △ Management (general affairs·HR, finance·accounting, purchasing·logistics, public relations, IT, safety·environment), etc.
The common qualification requirements are graduates or expected graduates of a 4-year regular university with an average grade of B or higher (based on 3.0/4.5 scale) for all semesters, and a TOEIC score of 700 or higher, or TOEIC Speaking Level 5 (IM), or OPIC IL or higher. Language scores must be obtained within the last 2 years and be valid.
Among applicants, those willing to work in regional offices, holders of job-related certificates, and national veterans are given preference according to relevant laws. Additionally, for production and research fields only, majors in chemistry and chemical engineering are also preferred.
Applicants wishing to join should submit their application form on the company recruitment website by the 14th. Due to a surge in applicants on the deadline, normal submission may be difficult, so early submission is recommended.
Successful candidates in the document screening will be announced around the end of this month via the company website and SMS messages. Additional screenings such as aptitude tests and interviews will follow, and after a health checkup, final acceptance will proceed in order. Final successful candidates will start working from January next year.
