Korea Rail Network Authority Recruits Public Participants for Disaster Response Safety Korea Training
[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] The Korea Rail Network Authority announced on the 4th that it will recruit the '2022 Safe Korea Training National Experience Group' from the 4th to the 10th.
The experience group will monitor the overall Safe Korea Training process scheduled for the 23rd, evaluate it according to an evaluation form, participate in the debriefing, and suggest improvements.
Applications are open to any citizens aged 19 or older who are interested in disaster safety management and the Rail Network Authority.
The Rail Network Authority will select 7 final members with representativeness in terms of age, occupation, region, and gender from the applicants, and announce the final results on the 15th through the Rail Network Authority website and individual text messages.

Choi Won-il, Head of Safety Headquarters at the Rail Network Authority, said, "We ask for the public's great interest and participation in recruiting the experience group," adding, "Since Safe Korea Training involves a large number of personnel and equipment, it is conducted as if in a real situation, and the opinions of the experience group will be used to improve response capabilities at disaster sites in the future."
