"Guaranteed Arrival by Tomorrow"... Naver Launches Data-Driven Logistics Solution
CJ Logistics Builds a Total of 9 Fulfillment Centers Over 2 Years
Provides Sales and Logistics Data to Tenant Brands and Supports Comprehensive Marketing Strategy Development
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Choi] Naver is launching 'Naver Arrival Guarantee,' which provides users with an accurate arrival guarantee experience. Through this, brands listed on Naver can secure sales and logistics data.
On the 3rd, Naver held a Brand Partners Day at the InterContinental Seoul COEX, introducing the 'Naver Arrival Guarantee' solution to over 70 brand companies.
'Naver Arrival Guarantee' analyzes various data such as order data, logistics company inventory, and courier delivery to guarantee users a highly accurate arrival date. Naver plans to start selling products with the 'Naver Arrival Guarantee' from December and aims to apply this solution to 50% of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) category by 2025.
To achieve this, Naver is strengthening collaboration with CJ Logistics and fulfillment partners (handling everything from product storage to delivery). Over the past two years, Naver has cooperated with CJ Logistics in building fulfillment centers and advancing fast delivery tests. Currently, CJ Logistics operates and plans to open nine Naver-centered fulfillment centers in Gonjiam, Yongin, Gunpo, and other locations.
Brands listed on Naver can autonomously choose whether to use the solution, product composition, and sales period. Additionally, by combining with various Naver solutions such as advertising (Brand Package), data analysis (Brand Analytics Plus), live commerce (Shopping Live), and marketing and sales (Vertical Exclusive Hall), brands can establish more multidimensional marketing strategies.
