Starting with a visit to Ilgwang-eup Administrative Welfare Center on the 25th of last month, on the 27th, he visited Jang-an-eup and Cheolma-myeon Administrative Welfare Centers to directly listen to residents’ inconveniences in daily life and seek solutions.
On the last day of operating the ‘Visiting On-site Civil Complaint Office’ on the 2nd, around 9:30 a.m., he visited the civil complaint site in Byeongsan-ri, Jeonggwan-eup, requesting the construction of a forest road connecting Samgaksan and Jangansa Temple, conducted a direct inspection, and around 10 a.m., visited Jeonggwan-eup Administrative Welfare Center, and around 2 p.m., visited Gijang-eup Administrative Welfare Center to directly confirm residents’ suggestions and check the progress of major projects.
Residents of Jeonggwan-eup proposed various opinions including ▲improvement of the Jwagwangcheon waterway for disaster damage prevention and smooth water flow due to heavy rain ▲establishment of a city bus transfer center to reduce bus route travel time and facilitate transfers within Jeonggwan New Town ▲expansion of Jeonggwan Senior Welfare Center to secure space for program operation ▲prompt opening of urban planning roads in the factory-dense area of Maehak-ri.
Residents of Gijang-eup requested ▲implementation of maintenance work for households not connected to drainage facilities within the separated sewer pipe section ▲prompt promotion of the Gijang-eup Sports Park construction project ▲opening of new hiking trails connecting the restored Gijang Old Road section and the hiking trail near Yongso Well-being Park ▲drainage maintenance near the parking lot of Sinam Port in preparation for typhoons and heavy rain.
Department heads in charge of related projects also attended the site to seek solutions together, creating a place for communication, harmony, and dialogue.
