Daol Investment & Securities Sued for Damages by Hyosung Heavy Industries
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] Daol Investment & Securities announced on the 31st that Hyosung Heavy Industries has filed a lawsuit against itself, NH Investment & Securities, and Kyobo Securities demanding compensation for damages.
The defendants are being sued to pay Hyosung Heavy Industries 140 billion KRW and interest.

The company stated, "This case involves the same parties and substantially the same facts as the previous lawsuit in which we won the second trial," adding, "The conclusion of this lawsuit is likely to follow the judgment of the previous case, and we plan to respond actively to this matter."
