AK Plaza Conducts Compliance Training for Employees to Practice Ethical Management

AK Plaza regularly invites specialized lawyers in the field of fair trade to provide related education every year to enhance employees' compliance awareness and knowledge levels and respond to changing trends.
This year's training was attended by about 100 in-house compliance officers from AK Plaza Department Store and all business divisions. AK Plaza invited Lawyer Hong Seokbeom from the law firm Hwawoo to conduct training on understanding key concepts and issues related to the Large-scale Distribution Business Act.
In particular, this training adopted a case-based approach focusing on specific scenarios likely to occur in the field, aiming to improve practitioners' understanding and enhance practical application in actual work. Insights on the role and importance of ethical management for the sustainable development of the company were also shared.
