The signing ceremony was attended by Kim Dae-sik, President of Gyeongnam Information University, Nam Ki-byeong, Chief of Busan Sasang Police Station, and officials from both institutions.
Nam Ki-byeong, Chief of Sasang Police Station, stated, "According to the agreement, the two institutions will cooperate to jointly establish a crime prevention and victim protection response system related to Gyeongnam Information University students."
