The German Lighting Architecture Fair is the world's largest lighting exhibition, attracting over 200,000 visitors from 55 countries. At this year's event, Seoul Semiconductor plans to focus on exhibiting lighting technologies such as high-efficiency lighting solutions using WICOP technology and SunLike, a natural light reproduction technology.
WICOP high-efficiency lighting products are mid- and high-power products applied to landscape lighting, horticultural lighting, and street lamps. They feature higher reliability compared to existing products, industry-leading luminous efficacy of 190 lumens per watt (lm/W), and a lifespan exceeding 100,000 hours. Seoul Semiconductor will exhibit WICOP lighting solutions in compact module forms applicable to various shapes and sizes of lighting. At the experience booth, visitors will be able to directly compare object colors under general lighting and natural light lighting using SunLike technology to observe natural colors.
During the exhibition, Seoul Semiconductor will also hold special technical seminars featuring influential speakers. Dr. Shelley from the Royal College of Art in London will give a lecture on "The Advantages of Full Spectrum LEDs for Children, Adults, and the Elderly." Dr. Matej from the University of Ljubljana will deliver a special lecture on "Future Technologies to Obtain Sunlight" and other light-related topics.
