Amorepacific Group Pacific Package Strengthens Strategic Partnership with Otajong

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Amorepacific Group announced on the 20th that it will strengthen its strategic partnership with its subsidiary Pacific Package and the French packaging company Autajon.
Since signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) in 2015, Pacific Package and Autajon have maintained a cooperative relationship exchanging their respective technologies and know-how.
To further enhance the level of exchange with Autajon, Amorepacific Group has decided to sell 60% of Pacific Package's shares to Autajon. The remaining 40% stake will continue to be held by Amorepacific Group.

Pacific Package stated, “Through cooperation with Autajon, we expect to secure top-level competitiveness across technology, manufacturing, quality, and logistics, and this will serve as a good opportunity to target the global market going forward.” They added, “It seems possible to discover additional clients for Pacific Package through Autajon, which is expected to become a new driving force for Pacific Package’s continuous growth.”
