This program features instructors who are experts in various fields of e-commerce, including business operators who have been running online shopping malls for several years, professors, marketing and financial consultants. Participants can join discussions with experts either on-site at the Cafe24 Startup Center Dongdaemun branch or via live video conferencing.
In the 'Marketing Promotion, EC Concert' lecture, Choi Kwangjong, founder of the women's clothing shopping mall 'Seyeojamol,' explains field-oriented marketing techniques. The 'Financial Planning' lecture is structured around essential financial aspects necessary for business, such as break-even analysis and cost planning, taught by Professor Jeon Jungyeol, who lectures on fashion business at a university. The 'Secrets of Profitable Instagram Market' lecture is given by Choi Hyojin, head of the Fashion Startup Research Institute, who teaches how to create Instagram content favorable for word-of-mouth promotion using case studies.
