Goseong-gun Selected as 'Best Military Institution' in Eulji Exercise
Goseong County in Gyeongnam was honored as the best military local government at the Eulji Exercise Gyeongsangnam-do Evaluation Meeting.

The Gyeongnam evaluation team selected Goseong-gun as the best military district institution by awarding the highest score after reviewing ▲preparations for the Eulji Exercise aimed at establishing national emergency readiness ▲tasks performed during the 4-day exercise ▲post-evaluation ▲on-site evaluation.
Goseong-gun received high marks for conducting a flawless exercise under the leadership of the head of the institution during the 4-day Eulji Exercise held from August 22 to 25.
In particular, thorough prior preparations before the start of the Eulji Exercise and the establishment of a cooperative system with related organizations solidified the integrated defense posture. They also received high praise for not only various trainings such as discussions on wartime issues, tabletop exercises, and actual drills but also for identifying problems during the exercise and jointly devising improvement measures.
