Market Kurly to Conduct Large-Scale Open Recruitment for 'Tech Experienced Professionals' in the Second Half of the Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Retail tech company Kurly announced on the 19th that it will conduct large-scale recruitment of experienced professionals across all tech departments.
The purpose of this recruitment is to select outstanding talent to advance services in line with Kurly's growth as a retail tech company and to further strengthen its technological competitiveness. The recruitment fields cover all tech departments of Market Kurly, including IT planning, development, design, QA, data, and DevOps. Recruitment for IT planning, development, and DevOps positions at KurlyPay, Kurly’s fintech subsidiary, will also be conducted simultaneously. Additionally, planning and development positions to lead the product of HeyJoyce, a content commerce service under Kurly, will be recruited at the same time.
The planned number of hires for this large-scale recruitment in the tech field is 00, and anyone with more than two years of relevant experience can apply. Applications will be accepted until the 5th of next month.
Kurly plans to maximize applicant convenience through career curation and the Saetbyeol screening method. When applicants submit their resumes and portfolios via a simple application system, the recruitment team will set suitable roles and positions through career curation and notify applicants of their document screening results within 48 hours. Subsequently, a one-day interview will comprehensively evaluate job and organizational fit, and final results will be announced within two weeks from the document submission date.
In addition to open recruitment, Kurly will hold a live broadcast-style recruitment briefing session. The briefing will take place on the 28th of this month from 7 PM to 9 PM for about two hours. Key leaders and practitioners from Kurly’s development and planning teams will appear in person to introduce team roles, tasks, technical challenges, qualification requirements, and preferences. Since the session will be conducted live, attendees can ask questions in real time and communicate freely. Kurly will also hold a quiz event offering Market Kurly reward points to participants of the live recruitment briefing.
Successful candidates will be responsible for development and planning tasks for Kurly’s operating services, including Market Kurly, Beauty Kurly, KurlyPay, and the content commerce platform HeyJoyce.
