"100% Beef Patty"... GS25 Launches 'Jjin Original Beef Burger'
Pre-sale via App Reservation Order on the 15th
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] GS25 announced on the 13th that it will launch the 'Jjin Original Beef Burger,' made with 100% beef patties.
The Jjin Original Beef Burger will be pre-released on the 15th through the 'My Fridge' application (app) reservation order service, and from the following day, it will be officially sold at GS25 stores nationwide.
GS25 invested more than six months in developing this product. As the name suggests, the hamburger uses a patty made with 100% beef content. The manufacturing process was changed from using processed patties to bringing in raw beef and grilling it directly to make the patties. After comparing and analyzing beef from various origins, Australian beef was finally selected, successfully innovating both the taste and product cost.
A special glazed bun, characterized by its unique gloss and chewy texture, was also introduced for the hamburger. A special sauce flavored with herb dill enhances the flavor of the Jjin Original Beef Burger, while fresh tomato and lettuce are generously added to bring out a fresh and crispy texture. To celebrate the launch, GS25 is holding a promotion giving away Pepsi Cola until the 23rd.
