MSPO has been held annually in Poland since 1993. It is an event officially sponsored by the Polish Ministry of National Defence and the state-owned defense group PGZ.
As this is Hyundai Rotem's first exhibition participation since signing the K2 tank export contract to Poland, the company plans to focus its capabilities on external promotion and sales activities related to the K2 tank export project.
In July, Hyundai Rotem signed a basic contract with the Polish Armaments Group for the urgent supply of K2 tanks and Polish-type K2 tanks, and last month, it completed the execution contract for the first delivery of K2 tanks, successfully achieving the first overseas expansion of the K2 tank.
Additionally, during this exhibition, Hyundai Rotem plans to sign a "Memorandum of Understanding for Future Weapon System Business Cooperation" with PGZ. Earlier, in June at the Eurosatory exhibition held in France, Hyundai Rotem also signed a joint development agreement for tanks and armored vehicles with PGZ.
Hyundai Rotem's exhibition booth featured a main tank business hall and a future core technology hall. Models of the K2 tank, wheeled armored vehicles, next-generation tanks, and wheeled armored vehicles were also displayed.
