Kyungbok University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation Holds Local Win-Win Resident Advisory Committee Meeting
[Asia Economy (Namyangju) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation of Gyeongbok University held a resident advisory committee for regional coexistence to achieve mutual growth with the local community.
Gyeongbok University recently announced on the 6th that it held a regional coexistence resident advisory committee as part of the specialized college innovation support project, with 19 attendees including Lee Dong-su, head of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation at Gyeongbok University, and other university officials, at the Jiwoon Building on the Namyangju campus.
The regional coexistence resident advisory committee is a regional council for sharing and collaboration aimed at realizing the public nature and social value of the university, which is a major project of the specialized college innovation support project.
At this meeting, the committee discussed the awarding of appointment letters to resident advisory committee members, explored ways to operate a joint Living Lab to solve local issues, gathered opinions on volunteer activities based on local demand, and discussed future schedules.

Lee Dong-su, head of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation at Gyeongbok University, emphasized, "Through the resident advisory committee for regional coexistence, I hope Gyeongbok University will collaborate with Namyangju City, related organizations and associations, and the regional council to discover local issues and seek solutions."
