Incheon Geomdan Unit 1224 Public Sale... Sale Price Starting from 350 Million KRW
Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 6th that it will hold a recruitment announcement for tenants for 1,224 public sale housing units at Incheon Geomdan AA21BL. The housing supply price is subject to the price ceiling system, ranging from 350 million KRW to 430 million KRW.
The housing units supplied this time consist of 13 buildings with 15 to 20 floors, totaling 1,224 units. The exclusive household area is 74㎡ and 84㎡, constructed in two housing types: △74A (442 units) and △84A (782 units). The housing type will be determined through a computerized lottery by the Korea Real Estate Board for all selected winners.
This complex conducted a preliminary subscription last year and is now holding the main subscription. Of the units, 811 will be supplied to preliminary subscription winners, 351 units will be allocated under special supply categories such as multi-child families, newlyweds, and first-time homebuyers, and 62 units will be supplied under the general supply category.
Applicants must be adult members of a household without a home residing in the metropolitan area (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon) as of the announcement date, and must be subscribers to tenant savings accounts (comprehensive housing subscription savings or subscription savings). Additionally, since subscription periods, payment counts, income, and asset criteria differ by supply type, applicants must check the recruitment announcement individually.
The supply types are divided into △preliminary subscription winners △special supply (institution recommendation and national merit recipients, newlyweds, first-time homebuyers, elderly parent support, multi-child families) △general supply, with priority given to residents who have lived in Incheon Metropolitan City for more than two years.
Selected winners are restricted from winning again for 10 years and from resale for 5 years, with no mandatory residence period.
The supply schedule is △subscription application (September 19?22) △winner announcement (October 5) △contract signing (from December 8), and move-in is scheduled for June 2025.
The Incheon Geomdan district is expected to see significant improvements in accessibility to the metropolitan area through the expansion of the metropolitan transportation network.
In addition to rapid access to major downtown areas via Incheon International Airport Expressway and the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway, the extension of Incheon Subway Line 1 is planned, along with the Wondang-Taeri wide-area road (planned) and Geomdan-Gyeongmyeong Road (planned).
Kindergartens and high schools will be established right in front of the complex, with elementary and middle schools planned nearby.
