MDsquare "Non-face-to-face Medical App 'MDTalk' Follow-up Visit Rate 80%...Wider Age Range of Users"
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwanju] MDsquare announced on the 6th that the revisit consultation rate of its non-face-to-face medical consultation application (app) 'MDTalk' exceeded 80% as of last month.
According to MDsquare, the rate of users revisiting for consultation two or more times was 80%, and the number of consultations three or more times was 68%.
The age range of users is also expanding. Currently, users by birth year are ▲48% born in the 2000s ▲17% born in the 1990s ▲12% born in the 1980s, with the MZ generation familiar with mobile devices forming the core, but users born in the 1970s also account for 13%, indicating a continuous increase in the middle-aged and older demographic.
