Apply, View, and Submit Public Institution Certificates via 'Hana One Q App'
Providing a Total of 13 Types of Public Documents Including Resident Registration Certificate
[Asia Economy Reporter Sim Nayoung] Hana Bank announced on the 2nd that it will open an electronic certificate service that allows users to apply for and receive major public documents from ‘Government24’ through ‘Hana One Q,’ Hana Financial Group’s integrated mobile banking app.
The ‘Hana One Q Electronic Certificate Service’ is a service that links with Government24 membership information to easily apply for and receive public documents necessary for daily life via mobile using Hana Bank’s own certificate (Hana OneSign certificate).
Additionally, when submitting issued documents to public institutions or financial companies, there is no need to print them out or visit in person. Users can select the institution to submit to among those linked with the government electronic document wallet and send the documents directly to the respective institution. Furthermore, users can view and save the issued and submitted public documents within the Hana One Q electronic certificate menu.
A total of 13 types of public documents are available through the ‘Hana One Q Electronic Certificate Service,’ including ▲Resident Registration Certificate ▲Tax Payment Certificate (National/Local Tax) ▲Business Registration Certificate ▲Value-Added Tax Standard Certificate ▲Value-Added Tax Exempt Business Income Certificate ▲Income Amount Certificate ▲Health Insurance Qualification Certificate ▲Health and Long-Term Care Insurance Premium Payment Certificate ▲Family Relation Certificate ▲Basic Certificate ▲Certificate of Foreign Registration.
