Lotte Hi-Mart Supports Partner Companies' Participation in 'IFA 2022'... "Helping to Open Overseas Markets"
MD Directly Operates Local Purchase Consultation Meeting
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Lotte Hi-Mart announced on the 2nd that it will assist small and medium-sized partner companies in participating in 'IFA 2022,' Europe's largest home appliance exhibition held in Berlin, Germany.
In June, Lotte Hi-Mart recruited 15 companies wishing to exhibit. Lotte Hi-Mart's merchandisers (MD) will attend in person to operate on-site buyer consultations. QR codes will be attached to each product so that visitors and buyers can easily check the exhibited products and participating company information. Additionally, support will be provided for creating product promotional content, live commerce using domestic and international TV home shopping and global distribution channels, and domestic store entry consultations by inviting buyers from affiliated distribution companies.
Support for overseas market expansion is a collaboration between Lotte Holdings and six distribution affiliates (home shopping, department stores, marts, Hi-Mart, Korea Seven, duty-free shops) and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. The goal is to pioneer overseas market channels for excellent domestic small, medium, venture, and startup companies.
