[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] Korea GM announced on the 1st that it sold 18,208 units domestically and internationally last month. This is a 9.6% increase compared to the same period last year.
3,590 units were sold domestically. This is a 24.3% decrease compared to the same period last year and a 12.8% decrease compared to the previous month. Exports increased by 23.1% during the same period, reaching 14,618 units. Along with the Buick Encore GX, which shares the same platform as the Trailblazer, 8,572 units were exported. The Chevrolet Spark was also exported with 2,188 units, a 26.5% increase during the same period. The cumulative export volume was 141,772 units, a 4.1% decrease compared to the same period. The combined cumulative sales of domestic and export units totaled 167,030 units, a 12.4% decrease compared to the previous year.
